In Vitro Services
Our in vitro services group can support late stage discovery and development phase projects using cell based assays and biochemical based methods. We are able to grow and maintain commercial cell lines in dedicated facilities to study aspects such as biopotency, toxicity, metabolism etc. Our current end point assays use ELISA or spectrophotometric technology. We have developed and validated commercial kits as well as more bespoke assays based on client requirements e.g. enzyme activity or absolute measurement of specific biochemicals (e.g. hormones). We have also carried out investigative studies and supported non-clinical and clinical studies.
